Instructions for Use
★ Open the package and remove the headband;
★ Unfold the headband, peel off the protective film from the hydrogel surface, and apply the gel side firmly onto your forehead;
★ Wrap the adjustable straps around the back of your head and secure them in place with the magic tape.
Storage Conditions
★ Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight;
★ Keep at room temperature in shaded areas;
★ Keep out of reach of children.
